I’ve just rebuilt my rear door card on my 2002 Vogue from a donor card, .........the wood trim is best removed with the door card removed. There are two retaining nuts on the back of the door card............however this is land Rover so it’s not sufficient to just remove the nuts as there is a piece of black plastic trim on the back of the wood trim which you can feel from the front of the door card inside of the wood trim, if its a vogue it will have an LED in the middle of it. This black trim has two holes in it with retaining springs for the two extra pins on the back of the wood trim. If you just try to pull the wood trim off after removing the two nuts you may damage the door card or the wood trim itself so you will need to ease a thin screwdriver between the wood trim and the door card at one end so the screwdriver tip hold the black plastic trim back into the door so the wood trim can ease out of one of the spring grips.........not sure this is making sense without a picture
