Cheers Russell, but when i phoned the main LR dealers they told me there has not been an updated disc released as of yet and that their own parts and bodyshop still work on the 2006 disc for the Sat Nav.

That is why i have not contacted anywhere else really

I kind of think LR stealers talk out of their rear end as I have a 2008 disc

Call Pete and tell him I told you to ring and see what he says

Russell. "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" ----is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" -----------is how far you take the fence with you.

it may say 2008 on it but that doesn't mean the maps have been updated though! Discovery 4 HSE

Well I own an 08 model RRS on a 57 plate and that came with an 06 disc in it. When I put the 08 disc in it changed the settings and up dated the system

Instead of having a house sign it now says MENU and it also askes if you want to enter a destination or not upon start up. It also has different settings in it and the maps seem to have changed slightly as we have some new roads just finnished last year and they now appear on the system etc, so I think it has been up dated
