MY02 65mph definitely. Now trying to remember whether there was a setting I fiddled with on the RAC or Navcoder Confused .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

Is the problem the vehicle lowering at too high a speed (i.e. if it's lowered to motorway setting the old bill could use that as evidence to nick you) or is the speedo reading too high?

Seems odd to push it upto 70mph. ( I think mine is 60 or 65 ). I thought the idea was that it made for slightly better aerodynamics when cruising, saving on economy ... why push it upto and into the range of diminishing economies of higher speed.

That being said, I don't really notice much difference between the two settings when on normal roads. the P38 was much more noticeable in handling differences I thought.

I actually miss the ability to select motorway mode at any speed like you used to be able to with the P38. V8 or else ...

65 or 70 mph really doesnt make that much difference, it could be down to different tyre sizes, or even the ecu calibrated differently.. ... - .- -.

I think the thing with the L322 compared to the P38 is that the whole suspension system is so much more refined. You don't feel it drop to motorway mode because it does it smoothly and without fuss, rather than the P38 approach of just venting the bags straight open so it dropped like a stone!

Mick ...this was a joke yeah Thumbs Up

My 06 SC does not lower at 70mph. Nor does it lower at marginally higher speeds Whistle

Does anyone know what the problem might be ...and is it an easy fix..

It bloody well does when national speed limit is 100kmh and is keenly policed with a 7kmh buffer that drops to 4kmh during public holiday weekends Crying or Very sad
