Having seen Joshdee's upgraded steering wheel yesterday, I'm thinking this would be a nice upgrade to my 2003 car.

Yep it can be tricky if the wire is not aligned correctly.ur basically pushing a tab inwards, if u have a led torch u can look in and see the tab ur supposed to be pushing. Keep at it u will get it eventually. |

Fancy one of these myself but I have read conflicting reports about it being plug and play on the heated version - what's the verdict ? Stolen / Gone: 2006MY Supercharged LPG Autobiography - Zambezi Silver with Sand/Jet/Jet Oxford Leather..... |

When I upgraded the steering wheel on my old car I was sent a "tool" to remove the airbag. Basically it's a small screw driver with the head cut off

Mine was heated, 06my. 'twas plug and play BUT one connection was v slightly different but sorted it by cutting off a bit of the plastic . Now the wheel heats up lovely and evenly. |
