partial freezing/no sound on touchscreen

Anyone had any problems with the audio going off at random times? It's happen 4 or 5 times during a journey. Audio working fine then audio disappeared, orange light on left power switch flashing, touch screen selections for RSE and TV/DVD blanked off, others available but won't select. Could still navigate through sat nav screen. On turning off the engine, the screen stayed on where it was and not the land rover home screen. Seem to reset itself on turning the ignition on some time later, one time though stayed on the LR home screen, then suddenly after a few minutes driving everything came back on. Thanks.

05 vogue supercharged.

That's a very early SC Smile (surely it's a Vogue SE badged as a 'supercharged'?)

It happens, best bet is to check for water ingress where the amps are, then remove and check each connector and clean up if needed. Land Rover Addict

Battery disconnect, leave a min or two then re-connect can sometimes clear up random issues like that.

I had one where mine re-booted every few minutes which thae above cured.

Certainly worth a try.

Tried both suggestions, but no luck. Now then problem has manifested, and the screen won't even turn on, just flashing orange light.
Anymore ideas?

Solution now found, there was a fibre optic error when hooked up to computer. They searched and found several cables had come loose, all back on again.
