I bought this kit and then it still needed work done. Please note that it has only 7 liter of fluid so the gearbox is not completely drained (I believe it takes about 14 liter). So that is already GBP 160 for all this stuff and then there is still the work. I have to say the filler plug is hard to get to but the filter etc. is dead easy. Although over here they said that some of the bolts were stuck (galvanic corrosion ??) taking some extra time to remove.

I also took my RR to Mackie Transmission for a transmission service, can't remember exactly how much it cost (several months ago), But as i remember thinking it was quite good value, they also downloaded the lastest software into the computer and car drove like a dream (still does) on the way back. I drove through from Edinburgh especially. |
