Treat windscreen with Rain-X, windscreen wipers then become optional on motorway!

Rainex is a great product, alternatively, carry a potato in your car, if wipers fail, cut it in half & wipe over the screen! I remember this from Blue Peter many, many years ago!Maybe you can get a price from Dan for one. |

There might have been more than one set of skid marks created I'l take a look at the other thread, thanks Budgie. I had a quick search but didn't see that one. Yes, it was intermittent (fault as opposed to the the wiper setting). It seemed the most likely culprit and was changed. £7.39 inc VAT from LR and a £5 for my specialist to fit it.
