Fixed sidestep removal on a MY2007

I'm not liking the fixed sidesteps on my SC and I am thinking of removing them. I could find info on a pre-2006 car on this forum, but not post-facelift ones. Can I get away with taking them off along with the mud flaps and not having to fill any body holes? Do I really need the mud flaps on the car if I don't do all that much muddy off-roading?

It'll just be the same fitting and removal either pre or post regarding the sidesteps as to the mudflats you might have holes to fill dependant on how or who fitted them Thumbs Up ====================================

"Open Mike Night " sounded like a lot of fun until i found out i was going to an Autopsy
