Brakes

I had one of my front brake calipers sieze on during the week which was an interesting experience at 70mph but has resulted in me deciding to change everything.
My 2003 4.4 has the BMW 60/30 brake calipers, I presume from the X5

I sourced and had fitted new discs but am struggling a little with the calipers or preferably a piston refurb kit. any ideas?? Regards
