Re: what versions will there be ?

My predictions:

Vehicle will be called Range Rover Vogue

Then we will have: SE, HSE, Autobiography Vogue

A land rover technician told me there will be a lwb spec in the new line up . He also said land rover have got a good reputation for making big cars with very little room inside and the LWB is to address these criticisms. Didn't think they were that bad for interior space!?

Sounds about right - get criticised for a cramped interior (who thinks this?) what shall we do.. Redesign it? Nah make the outside bigger! 2003 Vogue 4.4 V8 Java Black

LWB will be on the Evoque, not the FFRR.........the new L405 will already be a bit longer than the current FullFat

And possibly a blinged up edition for the Chinese or will it be blinged up all across the Range?

Yeah, the LWB makes sense since I am led to believe that the floorpan is shared with Jaguar XJ, which, coincidentally also has a LWB variant.

I wonder what engines there will be?, the 4.4 TDV8 seems like a great engine as it is, I wonder if they will ditch the Supercharged in favour of a bi turbo design to improve performance and efficiency like BMW and Mercedes.

I would think 5.0 SC will go. It's already been dropped in the XJ.

Why a LWB 405?

Any one who has already owned ŕ Classic LSE will understand why LR has added a LWB to the 405 Line .

Not only the Royals will be the first clients , but all the limousine market open's up then, and that is important brand wise, but also I will recommend buying a second hand one ,when they will become available ,if you want to convince yor wife and her only child to adopt the less Eco friendly vehicle .
300 hundred miles inthe back of the LWB and they won't show any green attitude anymore . Mr. Green Jaybear

I don't think it will be as it is still in demand where petrol is cheap.
Has it been dropped in the XJ? I think it is unlikely as well, this would mean no "R" performance models anymore!
