It is just that the people you have PM'd have not yet read their PM's. Not everyone sets an alert to advise them they have PM's (either email or popup) and you only see you have PM's on the main page of the forum. Many people also use handheld devices which may not work in the same way as a PC. Either be patient, or post a new thread Smile .

Yes, thanks Tim Thumbs Up

PMs aren't email, the Outbox is where messages go until read on the site Smile

Appreciate the response, i am still learning how this site works.

I sent a new PM (new subject header) instead of reply, but that is also stuck in the outbox. Is this due to the person i am PM'ing or something i doing wrong?

If a message makes it to the Outbox it will appear in the recipient's Inbox. When the recipient reads it on the site it will move to the Sent Box.

It seems like some people don't like using personal messages. I just checked my messages, I still have one message in my out box I sent almost a year ago (25 June). I had forgotten I had even sent it now. Laughing No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE
