If you do a channel scan using a dvb dongle under linux all the radio stations come up and can be listened too. They seem to take a bit longer to load than TV (odd). Mplayer and VLC will play these. (no mplayer for dvb under Windows)



Actually I use a Mac. The software is supplied by the manufacturer of the TV USB dongle. There isnt an option to pick up radio signals, tbh I dont need the option really, I was just pointing out that not all digital TV software will allow picking up of radio signals. No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE

@mick, dab and freeview radio stations are different ...

dab radio works on 174mhz 'ish and freeview radio should work on the uhf tv channels... ... - .- -.
