Back to the grill in the op.

I bought one off tinternet whilst it was pretty decent the mesh in the centre wasnt quite right,
My oem s/c grille had holes where the lamp guards were fitted but the painter i use filled the holes and painted it in java.
Looks far better than the aftermarket one. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Picked the FF up today after having the grill and bonnet vent painted. Really pleased with it.

Although the fresh paint (especially on the bonnet vent) makes me realise how much the existing paint work needs some TLC to come up to scratch, it all looks a little dull by comparison.

I am hoping that Bellini and I can agree a date soon for a paint correction and polishing day - you can really see where it needs it, like where there's hazing where the sun is shining on the side profile pic.

Anyway...am nearly done now...just need to add the gloss black lettering and boot trim (they arrived today, so will get fitted tonight ) and then it's just the LR ipod kit, 2010 style steering wheel and java black gear knob and I'm done. Maybe...

Will post more pics tomorrow when I've done the lettering and boot trim.

Ok..I think I'm done with the exterior of the car now.

Have added gloss black "Range Rover" lettering front and rear, and also a gloss black rear boot lid trim (above the number plate).

Think it's looking pretty stealth..am quite pleased.

Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!
