How to prepare for Off-Roading

Having just bought a 2012 RR Vogue i'm now thinking of taking it off-roading and wondered what underside protection i should consider. I'm not intending to do extreme off-roading but should i consider a sump and gearbox guard or anything else just to give me additional piece of mind.

regards

They are fine offroad or laning with no extra bits - raise your suspension and pick your route properly. Land Rover Addict

Don't forget we are running a green laning day out for FFRR on 7th July on the Salisbury Plain. I'll have my 2012 MY. I've been off-roading for 25 years and never had any additional protection on my Range Rovers. All about thinking and planning ahead.
