IMHO -
in general, the more the number of previous owners, the less I would pay for a car in comparison to a similar ( in all other respects) car from the same model year...
1) Potemtially more people having used the car and hence different driving styles affect wear and tear in different ways
2) if there are several owners in a brief period - it may also mean there is/was some problem with the car - and its not that easy to identify when or how often the car has changed hands so safer option is to look for one with fewer owners
3) servicing may not have been consistent with several owners ...
I also feel that if someone hangs on to a car for a fairly long time then they will have invested to keep in on the road and in good nick - especially a car like a RR ... its certainly not a case of driving it into the ground.
