£190 and no warranty, might be better biting the bullet and buying a new pump with full 12 months LR warranty

Yes, its the inverse cone (cynical not conical) shaped device that enables the flux capacitor to raise the pressure so that the dilithium crystals can send the EAS in warp drive Rolling with laughter .

It might work better if they changed the dilithium crystals for some Dilithium, Li2 which is a strongly electrophilic, diatomic molecule comprising two lithium atoms covalently bonded together. Li2 is known in the gas phase Thumbs Up

... Of course you have WARRANTY, 12 month, when I fit the parts (no extra pay!!!), if you send me the compressor in a box, I send back immidiatly after one day, you only must pay the shippingcosts to GB, so you have 190 + ca. 20 shippingmoney. For member of this forum, I make special-price inkl. shipping and fitting for 200!

Sounds expensive for a kit. The P38 ones are coming in about £40 for a similar thing. What are the new piston rings made from? I know Preston air were working on a double stage compressor 2x as efficient etc and the wasn't going to cost that much more than the kit offered here. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

@ stan, oh, sorry for not reading the rules, of course I will pay some money for this site, send me an offer in a PM, no problem!!!!

Preston air is original Landrover? I dont believe that the components are working with the electronic, and ALL cheap offers in ebay are for the P38..., and some lucky guys, who only change the piston-ring believe me, have the same problem after some weeks, it is like new brake-rubbers on old brake-discs...

200 to an unknown person? We all send tentousands of Euros ore pounds to internet-bank-company like Royal-Bank-of-Scotland ore other banks. I have the same shipping-adress since 52 years...., and some official Landrover dealers are working with me since years for some special RR-details like keys, gearboxes and also compressors, (of course only cars which are out of new-3-years-warranty).

Greatings from coast to coast Wink)

Just referring back to OP: "can suspension compressor be stripped/repaired"

Meerbusch says "Yes it can, I have a kit and I will fit it for you, here is my price..."

Everyone knows you can by a new / OEM / aftermarket compressor Twisted Evil

Question is do I want to spend £165 (edited - and probably to become less given the eurozone Wink ) or £280 or more.....

Thread should be marked as [SOLVED] Very Happy .
