United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Supercharged Supercharged Java Black

I traded in a BMW 330ci for a 1.9 diesel lauguna about 5 years ago and got a lifetime average of 53mpg (even driving like my hair was on fire). So the last few weeks of the SC have been a little bit revvy and "making progress". I think I'll get a few more mpg, but nowhere near diesel mpg, soon. I just love the SC whine though Thumbs Up

Filled mine up this morning OBC showing a range of 591 miles, travelled 100 miles to Oban and when I arrived the OBC showed a range of 616 miles Thumbs Up done another 90 miles around Oban then back to Glasgow, total of 290 miles and filled up again with 44.75 litres an average of 29.4mpg. Not bad when you take into account 60 miles were a single track road where I was never in a gear higher than 3rd

I think it's great when you are driving on the motorway and your miles per tank increases, it's like you're driving for free! Very Happy

Or is that just me? Embarassed

I must drive funny, cant get my readout to go above 450miles. Whistle

Trundled back along the A52 from Grantham to Notts, at 55 with a full tank, zeroed everything, and got the princley sum of 31mpg, whilst breathing on the accelerator gently. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Up the A82 loch side to Tyndrum then the A85, time from my house was 2 hours and 5 minutes, return time was exactly 2 hours.
To be fare the roads were fairly quiet but there were 3 occasions on the road up when I gave the FFRR some beans to pass a string of cars and a couple of times on the road down Thumbs Up

I suppose I have to also take into account it was serviced the day before which all helps with the mpg

Zero'd the trip after I filled up - drove 104.7 miles and it still says ... 621. By my calculation (rough) that would give approx 34mpg Smile That's assuming the 621 is right Rolling Eyes

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Bournville

As L322 Pilot says I think it's related to 1,00kms, the max I could ever get my Canadian one to read was 999 Kms when filling up, sadly I did try quite hard to see if it would go over that Laughing 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

I posted that just to show how silly the range 'limit' is - as clearly the vehicle could go further than 621 miles (I managed 569 with no motorway driving, so 620+ should be a doddle - and I still had 8 or 9 litres of diesel left in the tank at refill!) Land Rover Addict
