Wouldnt touch spcsavers with a barge pole.

Charged an elderly friend of mine a shed load for 2 pairs of old fashioned specs. Was so angry with them for ripping him off.

I might be biased as My old man used to be an optician (we still own the practice and its still running in stoke) and that sort of money should get you some proper designer "prada, gucci, ysl" specs maybe even 2 pairs.

Just a thought everyone who needs to see an optician automatically thinks specsavers, some of the independant practices can offer as good a deal if not better.

Sorry, rant over. Whistle There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Tescos do free eye test, a pair of glasses which look v similar to the designer styles and a second pair for only £15.

Yup, had a similar experience with Vision Express - two pairs of glasses ended up costing around £950. Fitted with German glass too. Researching my first Range Rover purchase
