Will my car have a detachable tow bar automatically and if so where would I find it. Also are the electrics prewired?

I would recommend looking at the rear of the car which is the traditional location for a tow bar....

If it was the removable version and not currently fitted and the electrics had been plumbed in it would still show?

Thanks for your help.

SWMBO tells me we only need to take the kids bikes anyway. They will most likely fit in the boot and I will have to wiggle the camp gear around it. Long term I will get the detachable tow bar as the kids are only going to get bigger and carry more rubbish around.

From the rear you would see easily see the fixing hole for the tow ball in the towing armature, and the trailer electric sockets also clearly visible. If there's no sign of either then it's very likely you don;t have it. Graham
