Our RR had an InspI today. Threw up a couple of points of interest. I was under the impression that coolant needed doing as car just over 4 yrs. In fact the new regime says 10 year intervals. Also, in september when in for an MOT she will be due, at 5 yrs, for an oil change in the transfer box. I thought the car had a locking box but I have been told not. That will be £123 to do.
So car done for another year - what did you guys last pay for an Inspection 1?

i paid just over £300 for an oil service today, it's the dreaded VAT that bumps the final costs up a fair bit.

i will be on inspection 1 next time around.

as you say though done for another year, just road tax now....  Current: TDV8 (3.6) RRS HSE

£300 is pretty good for oil at main dealer. I guess I am paying for the 'expert' eye over the car - changing all the bits would be pretty straight forward. road tax is hideous!

the oil is under £80 and considering it takes tonnes of the stuff it's not expensive in my opinion.
