I have one at work (not a "jobby") on a 5 metre cable. We used it for inspecting pipework in our swimming pool when we had a blockage. Supposed to be waterproof but really only splash proof Handy piece of kit. .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember

I've used similar on long umbilicals for examining cryogenic pipework and pumps on an Australian LNG site.

Very handy bits of kit! Always wanted a lesser model for home use.
