Anyone got any feedback on Range Rover Spares Ltd???

Hi guys,

anyone use this company before, I have just got a complete rear towbar system from them , but the hitch is compltetely shot.

Dealt with a guy call Adam, was vvery helpful on the sale,

hopefully he will come through with a replacement hitch with the keys as they were missing as well.

main armature is okay, the carrier for the hitch is okay, just the hitch is mince, dirty all over but thats expected.

nothing a clear and etch prime and bsmooth black hammerite wont protect for years to come.

lets face it these get all the Censored on the road on them Current vehicles

Spooky timing!! I have just popped across to see Adam at Range Rover Spares today as his base is only 45mins away from me. I was after a leather dash top and he was very helpful and I came away happy and with the dash top I was after. I would hope he would honour a deal and either replace it or offer money back. Let me know if you have any problems as I could always speak to him face to face which sometimes helps. I have promised him more business but would tell him I'd rethink if he messes you about. FFRR TD6 HSE

Adam answer this morning, hes not got one Big Cry Big Cry in stock!,

he is hopefully digging around to see what he can get.......

here is the reply

"Hi,
I have seen the damage to the locking mechanism of the removable towbar, I do not have another in stock currently, I will contact courier company, and westfalia to resolve, towball appears undamaged
Adam"

only worrying bit is, doesn't matter what the ball looks like its what it hangs on that keeps it there!!!! Current vehicles

never have been a fan of this type of towbar...doesnt seem secure enough but i'm sure it is..

i would go for the standard straight bar type that fits into the 2'' square hole.... ... - .- -.

about 3 bags of cement in wieght!, bumper off, four bolts hold it to the car, could do a deal for the replacment tow brackets i have if your interested!, you need these for the tow eye and also for supporting the exhausts, and rear boot area.

you got a good hitch and boot storage box avaiable??/#

Always handy for pulling the FFRR onto the tow truck when it breaks down Whistle
