Yes they are, but thats the point, the camera is pants in anything other than bright daylight, and the 'infra red' torch is also pants and not worth having. Why didn't they use white LED's and make it useful? Discovery 4 HSE

Really dont think these are Infra Red they are way to bright

Infra Red Leds on my Rear View Cam you can hardly see (Thats the point of Infra Red) these leds are way to bright I think, I'll check to see if there is a referance to Infra Red in the book of words
