Huff..."Engine System Fault" again!!!!!Heeeeeeelll

Dear All,
I have a 2008 Vogue TDV8 bought from a dealer under full warranty. I had the Engine System Fault come on, sent it back and they fixed it saying there was a faulty engine pressure sensor. Brilliant.
It's now happening again.
It started after the "fuel shortage" and I got to about 23 miles range left in the tank before filling up again. It was after this on a trip to Newcastle that it happened 6 times on the motorway complete with loss of power as it kept going into crawler mode. Could it be crappy fuel? I filled up on the good stuff but to no avail.
I turned off the engine, turned on and this reset it but didn't cure it.
LR have it and can find nothing. Their engineer is taking it home tonight with it plugged in to his laptop in case it goes again and he could read what the engine was thinking at the time.
There'a also a buzziing/whirring sound that comes on when I gently accelerate away but goes away again. The first technician heard it but couldn't pin it down.
Any ideas as I have a feeling I'm going to get the car back tomorrow with LR saying there's nothing wrong only to have it go again on the way back to London.
Any advice much appreciated. 'An it's Tommy this an' Tommy that,

Right,
LR called me today to say they could find nothing wrong apart from a booster fault warning which they reset. Apart from that they said that due to the low fuel and the fuel shortage at garages, there could have either been a bit of crap or water from the garage picked up in the system somewhere. As for the buzzing sound, he said I'll have to wait until it really goes wrong before they know what it is. I'm really Censored off!
Anyone else had similar? 'An it's Tommy this an' Tommy that,

Fuel Tank Jet pump does not like getting too dry and they do fail regularly although it normally a permanent fail not intermittent.

The next time it happens, which should be about 1 minute after I get it back from them, I'll just leave the engine running until it is recovered and the Technician can see for himself!!! 'An it's Tommy this an' Tommy that,

Yep, I knew it, after 2 mins back on the road it went again.Twice. I'm back at the inlaws now waiting for LR to recover it. It's going straight back the LR in Thames Ditton and I'm going back in a hire car. Very Censored off. I'll let you all know how this one turns out. 'An it's Tommy this an' Tommy that,

Amazingly,
The dealer I bought it from, found the fault in Two minutes after Three LR technicians looking at it, Stratstones having it for Four days. A split intercooler pipe!!! I'm hoping this come under part failure rather than wear and tear consistent with its age.
Does anyone know what this will be? 'An it's Tommy this an' Tommy that,

Yep,
Stratstones in Newcastle were absolutely horrendous. The attitude of the Service manager was really aggressive and it seemed they were doing anything they could to avoid me. When I went in to collect the car (which wasn't ready even though they'd got me in) the Service manager (female called Nichola) was in her office with her colleagues looking at some new dresses while I stood there for five minutes waiting.
They had my car for 4 days and couldn't/didn't diagnose the problem and have probably cost LR about £1000 in technicians visits and transport costs to get the car back to London.
Guy Salmon by contrast, were and are absolutely as they should be. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept me constantly updated and fixed the problem but said if I heard any other odd noises to bring it back immediately and they'd provide me with a replacement RR while they fixed it. Kerri and Dave in servicing are amazing and even gave me the old hose so I could see the split, which was massive.
My LR warranty must have nearly paid for itself by now and I will be extending it when it expires. 'An it's Tommy this an' Tommy that,
