Can't see mine as the car is at home and I am away but the two 08 TDV8s in my hotel car park did not have it fitted. Will check the other two when they appear and mine at the weekend.

2008 Changes Overview

After the major model update in 2006 and the fairly significant facelift in 2007, upgrades for 2008 are limited to more minor luxury and trim details, such as 4 zone air conditioning and special infrared blocking window glass, new tread-plates, revised graphics on the touch-screen and instruments, and additional color choices.
Remarkably, the US MSRP for the basic HSE model was only slightly increased to $77,950, in spite of the tremendous strength of the British pound against the US dollar in 2007.

Powertrain - No changes from 2007
Chassis & Suspension - No changes from 2007

Exterior
Exterior colors Added to the nine options already available (Chawton White, Java Black, Giverny Green, Tonga Green, Buckingham Blue, Rimini Red, Stornoway Gray, Zermatt Silver), two new exterior colours, Alaska White and Lucerne Green were added to the lineup. There was also there was a fresh set of "designers' choices" for recommended interior and exterior combinations.
Wheels: Inevitably, yet another wheel option was introduced, in the form of a highly polished 20" alloy wheel design that continued the recent Land Rover tradition of supplying wheel and tire combinations that are totally unsuited to off road conditions.

Interior
The main change from 2007 is the addition of four-zone air conditioning, enabling rear seat passengers to control their individual heating and ventilation. This was complemented with available 'climate control' windscreen and side glass with automatic rain and headlight sensing. The special glass cuts infrared heat transmission into the vehicle, reducing heat build up when the vehicle is parked in the sun.

Rear console trim with passenger controls for the new 4 zone climate control system
Redesigned rear armrest with storage compartment and sound system controls.

A redesigned rear seat armrest provided extra stowage space (including a dedicated location for the optional rear seat entertainment remote control) and there was additional leather trim on the heating and ventilation unit and centre console. There are now a total of seven real wood veneers to choose from, all sourced from sustainable forests, and additional wood veneer elements have been applied to the rear of the centre console. A matching wooden gear knob has also been introduced on some models.
Other trim changes included new tread-plates and revised graphics on the touch-screen and instruments. A new interior colour became available, called Storm. Along with the two new exterior colors (see "exterior" section above), there was a fresh set of "designers' choices" for recommended interior and exterior combinations.
