Are my nuts supposed to stick out?

Have a look at the pic, sorry wheels could do with a clean but in the garage today I noticed how they stick out a lot more than other cars. The nuts have the tapered end not like the old nuts..

uhmmm.. I have Style 11 wheels and I don't think my nuts stick out that much! I'll have a look and let you know. Current MY2020
