It will be to avoid getting hammered with the fleebay and gaypal fees as on stuff in that price range and category it would be about £40-60 in total!!

I'm in for 1 if someone is organising?

£333 means a nice easy £200 profit if you wanted to sell it on..

Want me to find out Mick as i could even save on any postage costs as Mansfield isn't too far from donny Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Keep a check and see if it comes back or I the details are cached on google as a lot of auctions are removed everyday when people prove they are contravening eBay rules Wink

It may have been they were a scammer asking for western union type stuff or ty just wanted to sell outside of eBay which they take seriously for stuff over a few hundred quid Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

This is often a scam, I followed one up and I can't remember the exact details but it was so the person you contacted could get a free iPhone

This is similar I think, it's about getting your friends to sign up. I'm not suggesting Mick is trying to scam you BTW Very Happy

I think this gives a flavour

I have a similar issue Mick, my 3GS is coming up for its 24 month contract, and looking through my usage I am not even coming close to what I'm paying for irn terms of data, texts and calls. I have found a Vodafone SIM only contract thats £13.50 a month that would do for me, but the problem is, I really want a newer iPhone, as the camera on the 3GS is so poor.

So, do I pay for a 4, 4s or move to galaxy? Or, just keep the 3GS (seems reliable enough at the moment) and drop my monthly bill by over £30! Discovery 4 HSE

@RRUK, how much have you invested in apps? If it is a lot, stick with the iPhone otherwise look at both. For me the move from Android to iOS was a lot easier after I bought an iPad (you can install the apps on up to 5 devices so my wife and I use the same iTunes store account). Paul

If the rumours are correct (that Apple will go back to releasing the new iPhone in the summer) then I would say wait for the new one. Paul

@UKrangie,

yeah, that's the issue, I have 2 ipads and an iPod touch to maintain too, so sticking with Apple makes more sense, I've not heard anything about the iPhone 5 yet though, but I'm sure all the contracts for those will be as much if not more than I'm paying now! Discovery 4 HSE

You can try buying outright from Apple and doing a 3/Giff Gaff SIM only plan.

The only thing I have read is that Apple are targeting a summer release and that production has started or is due to start soon. If that is true, give it 3-4 weeks and the rumour should run hot. Paul
