Full size/expedition roof rack

I'm looking for an inexpensive roof rack/platform that doesn't sit too high (so perhaps attach directly to the 3 bolts that the roof rails use). Can anybody recommend one - the commercial ones seem cheaper, but I'm not sure about fittings on them.

By inexpensive, I mean not a stupidly priced as the L/Rover dealership ones. Ideally sub £300 as I've found a couple around that price.
