2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey

Back into the Full fat fold

Well, I've decided after an 18 mth abscence, a Porsche 911 and a BMW X5, my life is not complete without a Range Rover on the drive. I have therefore taken the plunge and bought myself an 08 TDV8 Vogue in stornoway with dark grey leather and grand black. Take delivery in approx 10 days. It'll be good to be back.

Out of interest, if I'm allowed to ask this on here , how did you find the X5 and which year and model did you have?

Hi, Slippery, i'm sure no one will mind your question. The X5 (which i'm still currently running) is an 06 3.0d sport. I cannot fault the car, 'car' being the operative word, it drives just like one!. I have to admit, i've really enjoyed it, handles well, returns ave. 30 mpg, however, it just is'nt a Range Rover, dose'nt have the presence of a Range Rover and can never hope to compete.
