That's what I paid for my 53 reg 18 months ago... Bare in mind a dealer has to then make money on the car, including some sort of warranty he has to offer.

I'll give u 13k for it tho...

They offer very low for anything over 60,000 miles cos they just send it to auction, they won't put it in their forecourt.

Private sale for a 4.4 like that, I'd say 17-19K. Discovery 4 HSE

Ah, sorry, misunderstood, thought it was a Vogue but badged as a Vogue SE. In that case as its a petrol and a low spec (albeit visually improved) I am not surprised they offered you £12k.

Private sale you will be looking at low money, but that's the flipside of the buying it cheap coin. Discovery 4 HSE

OUCH OUCH That is a major kicking !!!
Makes me feel better about the bids on my TD6 now, been offered £23,500 and £24,000 by dealers for my Vogue.

Just sold my 05 (2006MY) Vogue 4.4 50k mls for £21k and many are going for more...

WHY would you PX and not sell privately especially if you in the UK.

You should achieve 17-19K even with 70k mls if in good nick. Have you seen the used prices recently???
