Why I hate Cats - damaged alloy

So, today I decided that the time had come to get the 20 inch wheels out of the garage and back onto the car, they had been sitting there since last October when they had been refurbished by the supplying dealer (3rd time and with a different company to the first 2 botched attempts).

The wheels were looking quite good - they had previously been bling-bling 'ball polished versions' which were in such terrible condition that they had to be refurbished prior to my purchasing the car. Whilst being far from perfect (some minor pitting to the alloy on the inside rear of the wheels) the faces looked good. I had washed them and then sent time waxing them with collinite wax to help keeping them clean easier. I had fitted 1 and then heard the terrible sound of a neighbour's cat running down my driveway, followed shortly by the sound of an alloy toppling over Censored Censored Censored Big Cry .

Unluckily for me the face of a spoke came down onto a stone on the drive and inflicted the below damage to the wheel. I am not pleased...

To make it worse I can see the little b Censored d from my office window. He's sitting in the sun cleaning himself.

Irritatingly just out of range of my son's Nerf gun...
