Folding mirror problem

Well I have that nightmare the mirror out of sync problem. One moves in as other moves out and vice versa.
I have done the Wiki search and found the double press solution or lockout method. Still the same Im afraid. Sad
Anyone have any other ideas? Im debating disconnecting battery to see if it hard resets anything. Knowing the price of absolutely anything on this beast Im loathed to try forcing one Shocked 2006 MY Autobiography. With 'toys'

i would try a battery disconnect and then the wiki sync solution...wont do any harm to try...i also remember reading that it might take a number of times doing the sync method before it works.. ... - .- -.

The double press will work eventually 100%! Or you just force hold one out as the other comes out and it "catches up" with itself then. Try it it will work. If you have nothing nice to say,say nothing at all.

If yours don't fold when you lock the car , there is a button on the top of the door card you can press and they will fold , but to get them to fold on locking either a dealer can do it or one of the devices other members use on here , can't remember the name of it tho ... Thumbs Up
