They must have changed the circuit then as on mine it doesn't warm up the block. the heat from the FBH purely goes to the heater matrix only and the valve seems to only open up when the engine starts running, which kinda makes sense.

Wonder if they lost the valve to save some pennies in piping, cabling and a valve and thats causing the issue as the FBH then runs full blast for a much longer period to warm up the block and head and turbos and the matrix once the coolant valve opens which it will do, hence the glowplug difference you see....

If only LR would listen to simple solutions eh Very Happy FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
