Had it booked in for dealer to look at next week.... but the constant rebooting was driving me mad, so the service chap suggested I removed the relevant fuse. He also suggested that I see what happens when I put it back again. Sure enough, the old "switch it off and switch it on again" trick worked. Normal service has been resumed

sorry for not responding to your original post paul..i would have suggested a battery dis-connection and it seems this would have given you the same result.. ... - .- -.

Happened to me yesterday - the constant rebooting drives you nuts - you can turn off the sound but not the screen and it's really distracting.
