Depends on what the original owner specced the car up to be , but apart from the RSE not much more of a difference , but this question i am sure has been asked plenty of times before ...

also depends on year, because RSE wasn't always standard on the SE later on either.
Not sure if that was still the case once the TDV8 was in though....

I looked at a couple of TDV8 Vogue SE's which didn't have the RSE, was an option around 2007/8 (being the models I looked at) I believe.

Main difference is that the leather in the SE is a nicer, higher quality and you get the heated and cooled seats, other than that I can't remember any other significant difference.

As far as I know, there is no differences in leather quality between Vogue and Vogue SE until 10MY (possibly 09MY). The leather 'with piping' is all Oxford Leather vs semi analine which has the contrast stitching instead. Difference is, as you rightly say, the VSE leather is perforated.

RSE stopped becoming standard on the VSE around 08MY I think.
