I've been thinking about this, got a stone chip and the heated screen isn't working on one side. Does getting autoglass out really not affect your insurance and no claims? seams a bit far fetched it wouldn't. __________________

That surprises me that the heated screen still works after a chip repair. Normally, the element breaks. You must have been lucky that time. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded |

Ever since getting the new windscreen fitted there has always been a really annoying whistle from the passengers side at speeds above 60mph so I phoned Autoglass to complain and this morning they sent out "technicians" who tried to cut the seal around the problem area of the screen then hopefully reseal it....Well the "technicians" just went and sliced through the heated windscreen cable!!! so they are now busy putting another windscreen in |
