Personally I wish the snow would P1 55 OFF as I had a nice clean car yesterday evening, now it's a complete mess again from dirty roads and salt slush. Censored Censored Discovery 4 HSE

I've fitted a set of Vredestein Wintracs to mine. It makes the Range Rover even better. T/C hasn't felt the need to wake up and the ABS has only pulsed under heavy provocation even on compacted snow and ice.

I'd recommend winter tyres from early December onwards, yep, even in the UK.

I had a set of these on my RR and they were bloody good. If you're able to, swap them end of winter for something else as they don't last long under normal conditions and were, in comparison, quite noisy, then stick them back on end of autumn.

I have the Vredestein Wintrac 4 Xtremes (All Season) on my 2010 Style8 Alloys (255/55 R19's) and they are absolutely excellent and grip like glue in snow and are quiet on Tarmac and only £115 each at camskill.co.uk....
