Does anyone know if the Chrome 20" 10spoke wheels are painted chrome or dipped?

I have a feeling its the former as its much cheaper to make each wheel that way than dipping and then lacquering.

The only reason i ask is there seems to be some refurbers quoting £500 if they are a 'polished' wheel instead of painted... Thats a big price difference compared to a normal refurb... FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

hi i have these rims on my car and i was told they are ball blasted then laquered if that helps
