Just some normal snagging type issues that you get with any car from a dealer. I went through similar things with the td6 but it's all sorted and has been for a long time. When you're used to your car being 100% right it's hard to move to a car which Should be better but that you find needs Dealer attention for things like resetting the heater system so the temp is right and blowing equally, the HK system needing resetting. I'm just in a bad mood because today the dealership idiots trashed all 4 alloys while changing my tyres.

Oh, and the trim bit. The headlining has come adrift at the top tailgate and instead of fixing it today as they promised they just left it instead with lots of black oily finger prints. Total careless attitude that is unecessary in this age of customer service.

Will be heading to the Lake District from Aberdeen to get my TDV8's first service soon......... Any questions? The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom |

It is frustrating isn't it RRUK. As you said, it will all get sorted out. How much is it to ask that a service tech stick a pair of gloves on when fiddling with the inside. They should know more than anyone how difficult it is to remove marks from the headliner. I hope you press the issue with them - especially your RIMS!! |

Sodding dealers! Sounds like I have a similar problem with my headlining around the tailgate. I'd be interested in the fix for this too, so I can try it myself. |
