Interior Colours 2012 - Opinions please

3 kids and two dogs prevent me from ordering the lovely Ivory, Parchment or even Sand interiors.

Black is a little, well, dark IMO.

That leaves Navy or the curve ball Arabica. What are your views please? What are they like to live with? Regrets, resale etc?

(exterior I'm thinking Orkney, Baltic or as an outside, Santorini or Nara)

Thanks

Baltic has been replaced by Buckingham Blue I believe.
Sand is probably easier to clean than Ivory. I do like Arabica but it comes with Ivory door cards and dash so those will be dificult to keep clean with the kids.

Thanks. I'm tempted to live with the light door cappings. Navy has a lighter coloured door capping also. Less to clean at least!

If you can get a new ffrr get the color you want and buy seat covers as well and for dogs invest in the load liner type stuff from eBay that covers the sides and rear seat backs as they will keep the dog hairs out of the material in the boot and are easy to wash to get wet dog smell out of Smile

Failing that give me the money and I'll get one for you, run it a few months and drop it off after all the flat battery problems are sorted!! Wink Very Happy FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Seat covers? Yuck, no thanks. Spend all that money and I want the spoils on show!

As for the second idea, sorry I'm not nibbling there either Laughing

Or take the alternative view that an ivory interior gives you the opportunity to wipe the dirt off before it becomes ingrained whereas darker colours allow you to sit in the dirt in blissful ignorance for longer Smile

To be honest I have Jet/Jet/Jet interior with privacy glass and don't find it too dark. The ivory contrast stitch really actually brightens it up!

Always worth a try Very Happy

I have Charcoal/Charcoal/Charcoal with the light headling and post panels and the interior wears really well and gets a good thorough clean every few months, see my blog and flickr, and just carry a pack of baby wipes for when a mud mark appears from the kids Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
