Hi everyone!

Loving my 56 TDV8 VSE but can't seem to get the front heated seats to work

The drivers seat controls light up blue or red as appropriate but nothing actually happens. The seat led's on the centre of the dial also light up but again no difference if anything is lit or not - still no output!

The passengers seat control also works the same as drivers & if you set it to cold, there is a faint fan sound that occasionally "hunts" between I think speed 1 & 3. If you set it to hot, you get a faint fan sound at I guess speed 1 but it soon cuts out after about 2 seconds! If you turn the knob off then back on the fan restates but again only for a couple of seconds.

I have not tried the rears at all so can't say anything about them.

Can anyone please shed some light on this? Hawkeye comes up with no faults & I have a new Bosch 110 Ah battery!

Finally I have pulled fuse 10 for a few mins but again no remedy!

Can't help specifically, all I can say is that in my car, they takes ages to get anywhere close to hot!

How long have you waited for them to warm up after starting the car from cold? Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

30 mins for drivers side!

The Mrs says that her side does get warm eventually but I know something is wrong as no fan noise my side & that changing between speeds 1 & 3 on passengers! Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
