RRUK - yup, made a huge difference.

Had no issues with mine blocking at all - even over the -9 I had in scotland over the xmas break.

The heater bars for the wipers in the bottom of the windscreen (going horizontally, not the other fine vertical ones) do WONDERS for the wipers too - keeps them from freezing solid.

I've been truly amazed actually - it's really been excellent since I swapped the washer jets. At £13/pair they're really cheap too.

I have bought some halfords double concentrate screenwash too (although not used any yet) - 2.5ltr bottles but on a 50/50 mix with water it states -17 freezing point. BTW - what range do you get on your remote heater keyfob? Mine seems a bit weak compared to what the manual says it should do - can't even get it to initialise from the other side of our carpark with me looking at the car from my window.

I'm not kidding, hundreds of yards, are you pressing the button long enough, sometimes I have noticed it flashes at me as if it is not working, but then if I hold the ON button a little longer its ok.

The transmitter works via the TV aerial so should be good reception!  Discovery 4 HSE

i use the halford concentrate -8 this morning and drivers side jet blocked all the way to work could replacing the jet solve it?
