Got the Car wow!! But how can I switch off the satnav beeps

Hi guys picked up my MY08 from Licolnshire the dealer Thompson & Smith were fantastic really nice guys and so easy to deal with!!

The drive about 200 miles was sublime, what a fantastic car it is like new, really looked after by it's first owner not a mark on her, plus the RR is so comfortable made my Jeep GC feel like a tractor Shocked

The only thing the wife hated was he satnav bleeps at turn intervals, I can't work out how to turn it off & just leave the voice, any ideas

Thank ou also for all the help you have given great site with a great community, I will be her for he very long term Laughing Very Happy Mr. Green Mutt

Congratulations, I had a JGC before my FFRR too, it's a little different isn't it!

Sorry no idea's on the satnav, except maybe read the manual. Mine doesn't do it, so I suspect it's in the settings somewhere! Thumbs Up Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining!

You can only switch off "sounds" which include the voice guidance and the "bong bong"

When you're following a route, to stop the sounds, press Menu, then the little symbol bottom right showing a sort of speaker icon crossed out. Hard to explain but obvious when you're looking at it... Graham

the beeps are part of the voice navigation and they cannot be separated from the voice.. ... - .- -.
