One of my sensors keeps falling inside the front bumper, so far I have managed to glue it back in place (the bracket must be broken inside) using a small plastic sucker to keep hold of it and pull it forwards while the glue sets.

TBH if you do remove it it gives you a good chance to clean it lots of dirt traps and means you can work on it a lot easier, though the is getting it right when you put it back on as even the local RR bodyshop didnt get mine right 2nd time but did it when i went back and took them a bit

I think the parking sensor itself is pushed into the surround from the rear but the parking sensor with surround fits into the bumper from the front so no need to remove bumper but when you push it in there should be ears or tabs to hold it , atached to the parking sensor surround that clip into the bumper maybe your surround is broken ? As i dont think there is anything to break on the bumper its just a hole all from memory but i think im not too far from how it is onto no6 Range Rover

I took out the fog light and the number plate plinth, no access allowed, it seems completely sealed off, which is good I suppose for keeping the crap out of the wiring end but a pain when you need access. It's holding for now anyway. Discovery 4 HSE

Did you ever figure this out without the need to remove the bumper cover, I have one thats pushed in too and its tripped the park aid and park assist so neither is working.
