hi

one of the cds seems not to be able/want to extract from the player with the result that the magazine/cartridge can not be removed

did any of you had the problem and how did you resolve it

Seriously, bang it. But not with a hammer. This happens with mine every now and again. I just give it a sharp tap with a screwdriver handle or such like, on the end of the disc cassette, the disc clears into the cassette and it then pops out.
Mine will be alright for months, then do it again, usually when theres some rubbish on the radio.
