United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver

L322 Message Centre

Hi I have a 2003 Vogue 4.4 petrol.
Today I started the car and PROG came up on the message centre for a few seconds then went out - no bong or warnings and car drove OK. Used the car all day and it came on a couple more times when starting the car but other times nothing. Just wondering if anyone has any idea what it could be.

Note: it just says PROG not engine failsafe prog or trans failsafe prog and it drove fine. it also only did it on start up , and not when turning ignition off.

Any info appreciated.

Thanks

Mark

I am sure that is something to do with the heating of some sort, i have seen it in the manual. you can set a programme for it, i honestly cannot remember for the life of me exactly what but its not an error, it might just be telling it your activated.

Thanks very much for your reply.

Steered me in the right direction.

I have gone through the manual and couldnt find anything. All I found on RAVE was something to do with programming the on board computer sequence to be displayed on message centre.

Hopefully its nothing to wory about and it wont effect the driving of the car , it hasnt so far.

Thanks again

Mark
