No Interior Light & Central Locking

Has anyone come across this before? Its an 03 TD6 Vogue and the remote/central locking and interior lights stopped working last week! The locking works by turning the key in the drivers door and the boot and reading lights still work...

Any ideas? Checked fuses and all the normal things... No faults on T4...
