What are they made of and how big , what like is the other side or is it the same colour |

Looks to me like the liner for underneath the sump and gearbox |

They're made from black plastic and measure 600mm at the longest x 400mm at the widest , they have a small amount of padding as picture but are the same colour both sides

Make sure you have all the clips and pins that hold it on before removing the wheels |
