Setting the time and date without TV screen

my TV screen has stopped working due to a bad connection in the boot, and I need to set the time and date. Is there any way of doing this without the screen on? 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

You will need an ibus interface, assuming your car is one with BMW electronics.
