Ride Height could it be a control module? | |
Good morning all, could do with some help/advice if possible please.
I have a 2012 L322 autobiography 4.4 tdv8. my suspension is riding high at the front and also higher on the N/S than the O/S, it's probably 30mm higher than the rear and an additional 10mm on the N/S.
I am retired and on a bit of a budget so cannot really justify an IID tool, neither can I bring myself to pay the main stealer well over £500 to recalibrate. - Does anyone know of a good independent (Staffordshire) who will get this sorted please (Tried Ashley 4x4 and he struggled).
also I tried it in off road yesterday and it just seemed to lift all corners but on traversing some smallish bumps the suspension was hard, unforgiving and seemed to drop harshly over the bumps - bit like driving with no shock absorbers on the front.
Could this indicate a defective ride height module? Is there an aftermarket system that allows individual adjustment?
thanks everyone, regards, Graham.
